The fifth class of this series will explore the spectrum of Pleasure & Medicine and how it’s a ‘both/and’ approach when it comes to healing, as long as they are in balance! We will make Herbal Salts, Salt Baths & Cordials as we learn about how to incorporate herbs into our cooking, gift-giving, indulgent self-care, and merry-making. As our series comes to an end, I will encourage participants to share the knowledge, remedies & confidence they’ve gained within Empowered Herbalism with their loved ones and communities. When this sharing starts in the form of a tasty Herbal Cordial, Herb Salt, or luxurious Herb Salt Bath, it’s easy to get people hooked on herbalism!
